Our manufacturer extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original consumer purchaser of their hot tubs manufactured in the U.S.A. and installed in the U.S.A. or Canada after January 1, 2003 |

Ten Year
Structural Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants the hot tub shell against
water loss due to defects in the hot tub shell for a period
not to exceed the lesser of ten (10) years from the date of
purchase or ten (10) years six (6) months from the date of
manufacture. |

Five
Year Surface Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants the hot tub surface
against cracks or blisters caused by defective materials or
workmanship for a period not to exceed the lesser of five (5)
years from the date of purchase or five (5) years six (6) months
from the date of manufacture. |

Two Year Component
Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants the mechanical equipment,
pump seal, plumbing, fittings and controls against defects
in workmanship for a period not to exceed the lesser of two
(2) years from the date of purchase or two (2) years six (6)
months from the date of manufacture. |

The Greenbrier Collection™
Lifetime Limited
Warranty
This lifetime limited warranty is extended by our manufacturer
& Resort to the original consumer and applies to all Greenbrier stainless
steel furniture products manufactured in Holland,
Michigan, maintained with usual care in ordinary residential use. Refer to complete
Limited Warranty for specific details. |

Almost Heaven® Saunas
Limited Warranty
Our manufacturer extends this Limited Warranty
solely to the original consumer purchaser of any Almost Heaven
Sauna® manufactured and installed in the U.S. after May
1, 2002 |

Five Year Vessel
Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants that the wood utilized
to construct its Almost Heaven Saunas shall be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use
and service, for a period of five (5) years for residential
applications, and a period of one (1) year for commercial applications,
after delivery to the original purchaser. We further warrant
that the seats and all other wooden accessories in the sauna
shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under
normal conditions of use and service for a period of one (1)
year after delivery to the original purchaser, with the same
limitations and conditions listed herein. |

Five Year Heater
Warranty
Our manufacturer warrants the sauna heater, exclusive
of the timer and thermostat, against defects in workmanship
for a period of five (5) years form the date of purchase for
residential applications and one (1) year for commercial applications,
to the original purchaser only. The heater time and thermostat
are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of
one (1) year. |
